Love dance? Want something different to spice up your fitness routine?!
Our Classique/ Exotic Pole & Artistic Flow classes combine different dance styles (e.g. Lyrical, Contempory, Burlesque, Erotic, Stripper, Chair dancing, Twerk etc) based on and around the Poles, to create a fun, artistic and sexy workout. Every week will be a different routine and different styles to challenge you and let you grow in confidence! This class can be whatever you want it to be. Wearing of heels is optional too.

This class focuses on different choreographic elements such as musicality, fluidity, transitions, erotic tricks and floorwork. Leaving you feeling empowered, liberated, confident and like an absolute goddess, as well as worked!
Perfect for those looking to add a cardiovascular style workout into their fitness regime or to gain inspiration towards choreographing a routine with a dance edge.
All classes are instructed by a fully dance trained, qualified, and insured instructor.
Wear comfortable clothing and whatever makes you feel confident to get in touch with your sensual or artistic side! All classes are kept small to ensure you can feel as comfortable as possible whilst expressing yourself in a safe non-judgemental environment.
Private 1-2-1 & Group sessions are available at request.
*Gentle reminder: Please do not wear any moisturisers or oils on the skin prior to trying a class as this can cause slipping on the pole. Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in and can move easily in too.
Please note that we have a cancellation policy of 24 hours. If you are unable to attend your session you will be liable for the full chargeable rate with NO REFUND.
