Fit To The CAW

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and conditioning workout!

This session combines a variety of Interval Training, Circuits, Compound Movements, Conditioning, Function Fitness and High Intensity Bursts. All designed to tone, gain muscular stability, improve endurance, and clear your mind. Leaving you feeling worked, confident and Fit To The CAW. 

This session is designed to be well rounded to target absolute beginners to the more novice participant into the world of fitness. Whether your goal is weight loss, conditioning for Aerial or to feel inspired by a motivating community that isn't a commercialised gym, there is a benefit for everyone wishing to attend. With progression monitoring and keeping things simple, we believe in training hard and having fun.

*Please avoid wearing any jewellery, moisturiser, or oils on the skin prior to class to avoid damage to yourself and the equipment.

CAW Barbell Club

Strength and conditioning centred around the barbell and its movements. Learn to lift and achieve traditional weightlifting with modern methods. Aimed at improving your Aerial and levelling up your fitness game!

Suitable for those who want guidance on how to lift and use free weights safely, or those who wish to progress their strength to the next level.

Participants must be 16+ Years to attend this session. 

Safety is at the heart of all our classes; therefore, classes are kept small to help aid a personal approach with fully qualified, experienced, and insured instructors. Group classes can become a great way to socialise, meet new likeminded people and an opportunity to express yourself in a safe, non-judgmental environment. At CAW you make the magic... We just teach you how to lift it and make it happen!

Private 1-2-1 & Group sessions are available at request.
