Aerial silks is a class combining circus and fitness performed on two silk fabric from both the floor and up in the air. Prepare to gain flexibility, endurance, and functional fitness. Get into a tangle with this fun workout. Perfect for those looking for a new skill, challenge, or a way to build up stability and mobility within the body.

Safety is at the heart of all our classes and all equipment is professionally installed and safety tested regularly. Classes are kept small (strictly a maximum 10 per class) to help aid a personal approach with fully qualified, experienced, and insured instructors. All equipment is professionally installed, and safety tested regularly. Group classes can become a great way to socialise, meet new likeminded people and an opportunity to express yourself in a safe, non-judgmental environment. At CAW you make the magic... We just teach you how to make it happen.

Private 1-2-1 & Group sessions are available at request.

*Gentle reminder: Please avoid wearing any jewellery, moisturiser, or oils on the skin prior to class to avoid damage to yourself and the equipment.

We have a cancellation policy of 24 hours. If you are unable to attend your session you will be liable for the full chargeable rate with NO REFUND. What Level Class is suitable for you?

Beginners: Suitable for those with no prior experience and those who wish to learn the fundamental foundations of Aerial Silks.

Improvers: Suitable for those who are comfortable with knots, climbs and those wishing to progress to more complex wraps, inversions, and air footlocks.

Intermediate/ Level Up: Must be comfortable with air straddles, climbs, basic wraps and air footlocks. With extra focus on intermediate tricks, combos, tumbles, and all over fitness.
