Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a combination of aerobics, gymnastics, dance and self- expression as well as a fun form of exercise. Pole fitness can help improve tone, strength, weight loss, flexibility and improve cardiorespatory endurance with regular sessions. Along with the physical changes pole fitness will make, it will also improve confidence making you feel good on the inside as well as outside and is a form of self- expression. People will often surprise themselves at what they can achieve with regular pole fitness classes.

Anyone can participate in a group pole fitness class whatever shape, size, gender or fitness background. At CAW classes are divided into levels so you will never feel out of your depth at any time. Safety is at the heart of all our classes, therefore classes are kept small (strictly a maximum 10 per class) to help aid a personal approach with fully qualified and insured instructors within each class. With a maximum of 2 per pole, group classes can become a great way to socialise, meet new like minded people and an opportunity to express yourself in a safe, non-judgmental environment. At CAW you make the magic... We just teach you how to make it happen.

At CAW we have fitness and tricks pole classes available divided into levels according to pole ability, as well as routine and spinning pole classes for mixed ability.

At CAW we have minority group classes available or if there is a large group of you wanting to try a class then we are able to accommodate a time or day for you. Private 1-2-1 lessons are available at request. Please inquire for bookings and information.

Pole Fitness Class Levels Available:


Suitable for absolute beginners and those who wish to learn the fundamental foundations of Pole Fitness.

Early Inverters & Improvers 

Suitable for those who are starting to invert and transition to Intermediate Pole Fitness

Intermediate & Level Up

Covering and exploring into depth the world of inverted Pole. Must be comfortable with lifted Inverts, Butterflies and Outside Leg Hangs. Preparation for Arms Only moves and introduction to the Advanced syllabus.


To participate in this session you must be comfortable with shoulder mounts, extended butterflies and caterpillars. Exploring a heavy focus on the advanced syllabus, transitions, dynamic movement and combinations.

Booking is essential prior to all classes to avoid disappointment. Please book a place through our Go Team Up online booking system (Online Booking link below) to secure your place. Payment can be made through our online system.

Please note that we have a cancellation policy of 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend your class you will be liable for the full chargeable rate with NO REFUND. Bulk class passes cannot and will not be extended over their expiry date if not used within the purchase time frame. If you have any queries about your purchase please contact us directly.

Please do not wear any moisturisers or oils on the skin prior to trying a class as this can cause slipping on the pole. Wear clothing that you feel comfortable in and can move easily in too. Once participating in more advanced tricks shorts may be necessary to be worn as skin is used to provide grip on the poles.
