Tamara Castle

(Owner, Mother Unicorn and Lead Instructor at CAW Fitness)

Tamara strongly believes in a holistic view to teaching, meaning that we are interested in engaging and developing the whole person in a positive, safe way whilst encouraging self- expression. Helping you to develop physical, emotional, mental as well as spiritual wellbeing, Tamara will support you with your creativity, hunches, emotion and gut feel to achieve a sense of self harmony and rhythm. Thus leading to fulfilment of self- confidence and overall wellbeing. We all co-create our world with the influences and demands placed upon us. Tamara believes in allowing you to acknowledge in your own complexities, allowing you to take your own responsibility and part within learning to create overall personal fulfilment and wellbeing

Tamara is qualified with a BA Hons in Musical Theatre, Level 3 Diploma in Special Needs Childcare, a qualified Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoops, Aerial Sling and Aerial Yoga instructor,  Beginners Silks, Trapeze and Cord Lisse instructor, as well as holding a exercise to music qualification and level 2  in nutrition. Our founder Tamara will allow you to get fit and keep fit in a fun exclusive way. Helping you release your inner strength, Tamara will help you reach your fitness goals as well as allowing freedom of expression in a safe fun environment at your own personal pace. Tamara can also offer nutrition and lifestyle advice to achieve over all wellbeing.

A little note from Tamara: Butterflies can't see their wings. They can't see how truly beautiful the are, but everyone else can... people are like that as well.

Kirsty Seymour

(Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor, Little Flyers Support Tutor, Aerial Silks Instructor)

One of Tamara's original students when she first started teaching, Kirsty's amazing journey and development to becoming the person she is today hasn't gone unnoticed. Suffering from low self esteem, dealing with personal trauma and lack of confidence, Kirsty began Pole Fitness with Tamara in the hope that it would bring her some normality in her busy life. Starting as someone who was very shy, body conscious and lacking in confidence, Kirsty has now blossomed and transformed through Tamara's teachings. So much so, that Kirsty is now teaching and supporting Tamara in classes after completing her instructor training. Kirsty will be there in many CAW Fitness classes giving advice, guidance and providing a friendly face for those who need a little boast. Kirsty is also fully qualified in working with special needs children. Helping support Tamara in Special Needs Movement classes and minority group classes, Kirsty's face is one that you will become very familiar with when attending group classes at CAW Fitness.  Kirsty has recently qualified as an aerial silks instructor too, so be sure to come along to a class to meet her!

Beth Pitt

(Aerial Allsorts, Aerial Hoop and Silks/Fabric Tissue Instructor and Personal Trainer)

Beth fell in love with the aerial arts 4 years ago and has been addicted ever since. She is a professionally trained dancer and fitness instructor and loves to give people the opportunity to reach their fitness goals in fun and innovative new ways.

Getting fitter and healthier whilst building confidence, socialising and creating incredible friendships... It sounds too good to be true doesn't it?!"

With a degree and postgraduate from the Italia Conti Theatre Arts Academy, Beth has a wealth of knowledge to offer in dance and flexibility training and specialises in Aerial Hoop. She believes the most important thing is to find a way to fitness that suits YOU and develop mentally as well as physically.

Alice Robertson

(Beginners Pole Fitness Instructor)

Alice is one of our beginner pole instructors. She has been a part of the CAW Fitness Studio since August 2015; in this time her confidence and self esteem has grown massively which has motivated her to start her pole teaching course as a way of helping others to gain self love and confidence. She is also looking at doing her intermediate pole training to expand her teaching.

As a naturally shy person, pole fitness has helped Alice to appreciate what her body can do and has given her a love for all things upside down! She takes great pride in specialising in pole fitness technique as well as safety.

Alice strongly believes Aerial Fitness is the most rewarding, fun and effective workout and would encourage anyone to give it a go!

Nikki Fenton

(Pole, Aerial Hoop and Classique Pole Instructor)

Nikki is another one of our aerial instructors, after originally training as a dancer and performer, Nikki decided to give Circus Arts a go. She has always loved physical work and helping people feel better about themselves.

Nikki is passionate about what she does and has a very calming nature. So if you see her around the studio, you will be certain you'll come out a class feeling positive.

Kirsty Selby

(Bend and Balance, Aerial Sling and Aerial Hoop Instructor)

Kirsty started at the studio in September 2015, after wanting to try hoop for a little while. Having danced for 10 years, she completed a Pre-Vocational course at Performers College in 2017 . She has completed her training in Aerial Sling and Hoop, and can always be found at the studio.

Kirsty also teaches the Bend and Balance classes on a Saturday afternoon.

Grace Fisher

(Pole Instructor)

Grace found her love for Pole and Aerial Fitness when she joined the studio in January 2017.

After dancing for the best part of 20 years and studying dance at University, Grace has a strong dance background in ballet and contemporary and hopes to bring a balletic flare and her 'Grace-ness' to her classes.

''I feel so lucky to be part of such a fab team of instructors, every single person that teaches or attends classes are full of encouragement and support and make you feel anything is possible! There's no way I'd be where I am today without my CAW family, a truly beautiful place to build on your self-confidence and fitness goals.''

What makes us special?

Safety is at the heart of all of our classes. Please note that our instructors are fully qualified and under go regular teacher training as well as participate in the aerial profession themselves as either performers or professionals. All instructors hold an Appointed Persons First Aid Certification and have undergone Pole Dance Community approved courses. Tamara our owner is also an approved Instructor with the Pole Dance Community, complying with the safest and highest of standards in the pole community.
